I'll dig up the link later and post it. Basically, get a specific brush from an art store, take the time to clean it properly, and use it to sweep that sensor clean just as with the sensor brush.

The last resort method is the Eclipse (wet cleaning). I haven't had to resort to this yet, but I have a bottle handy with a stubborn dust spec makes it's way onto the sensor. It can leave some residue on the surface you're cleaning, as I've tried it on filters and such. So I wouldn't advise the wet cleaning unless all else has failed.
