where I live and travel, I've had many practical uses - funny thing is that my wife, in spite of those advantages, hates them.

in your mouth?

Imagine you were a kid with Downs or something...then try to climb in or out of row 3.
Actually for any little kids the ground is quite far, especially exiting from row 3.

Had boards on my last car and miss the convenience not the looks.

I at times think that people can be adult about things but it is not true.

I have already contacted a few companies about making some aftermarket running boards. That Q7 looks like it is lower than mine which maybe easier to get into.

we will see if that company comes thru or not on getting something made for the Q7.

There is more than one way to express yourself .
Even if both provide deliver the same belief.

Your was a bit rude, opionated, and closed minded. You failed to see the whole picture. Running boards are not just the driver. Lets face it the Q7 is not about the driver its about the driver and his passengers.

Regardless I get tired of people being too loose with there typing and less considerate of the rest in the community.

an oil leak on my 2.7T. Since the answer was covered in the allroad Bentley manual (that I did not have), I was torn to shreds by the B5 S4 members. Up until now, the Q7 forum has been much like the allroad forum...helpful, friendly and respectful. I also have an A4 but the A4 forum is filled with S4 wanna-be owners that post about mods they can't afford and their recent street racing contests.
