it's hard to see in this photo but it's about the size of a quarter and in the plastic section. If it was in the metal I would just call dentwizard and have them pull it, can they do the same on plastic? Ideas how to fix?

I knew parking on Alki last night was asking for trouble.

Where I grew-up in upstate New York, you would never touch another car when parallel parking. Living in Boston the last 20 years, it is common here to gently press up against another car's bumper when parallel parking. In NYC it is common to make your spot bigger by pounding your bumpers into the cars parked in front of you and behind you. When dating my wife she lived in NYC and after two years the bumpers on my '96 A4 were destroyed, not to mention other scratches and numerous yellow taxi cab door dings. "Car people" like us don't want our cars damaged and are respectful of other cars. If only we could educate the people that view a car as an appliance to be more considerate when it comes to parking, opening doors and leaving shopping carts all over the place. (Stepping down off my soap box now)
