After driving up to NH for a long ski weekend without these, the wife and I agreed to purchase these the following week. I grabbed these from another Audi dealer and did the install in about 3 hours. Running the cables through the seats hurt the hands and certainly was a pain in the arse...! I could have popped off the plastic seat backs, but the manual states the clips aren't reusable and I was quoted an obscene price of $5 a clip. So I carefully manipulated the seatbacks to run the cables.

The camera's flash makes the leather look slightly different in color but it actually isn't noticeable in person.

If anyone has any questions on the install or needs help doing the same, please don't hesitate to inquire.

You have no idea that the items are under there.

Headphones are wireless.

1) Do you mind sharing how much they cost?
2) How did you run the passenger-side cables over to the driver side?
3) What did you use to fish the cables through the seat-backs, a wire-hanger?
4) What size screens, 9"?
5) Where did you tap power from?

1) they are listing on ebay right now from Rosen Imports. I also bought our all weather mats from them (previous transaction prior to this purchase.)

2)Ah that was a bit tougher, I ran the passenger cables down through the seatbacks and then followed the belly of the seat to the center console. I removed the center console and ran the wires underneath to the underside of the driver seat.

3) The headrests came with a wire lead to fish them through the seats.. I kindly asked my wife (swallowing pride) to help me with moving the wire around while I had my hand in the seat. You can remove the seatbacks (plastic portion) but I didn't chance it with my prior experience with the clips used to mount them.

4) screen size is 7"

5) Power comes from the fuse box on the driver side. (Open the driver door and remove the panel on the left hand side at the base of the Dashboard.) I think I used the adaptive cruise fuse socket as I don't have that option. I clipped the plastic housing on the wire lead to make a secure connection to the fuse socket. The headrests use an inline fuse. I hid the wiring in the plastic trim pieces that run along the door sill and then under the carpet to the driver seat.

Does the control box have additional inputs? I'd hate to use the front inputs for game consoles.

Perhaps the Revolution 3 may be a better match for you though.

It looks great but don't you lose the active head restraints with this installation?
