Does Audi equip its new cars with telematics or other parameter recording systems that would benefit law enforcement, insurance companies, and the like? If so, where do we snip the wires?

cant remember if I watched a video or read about it. Slap your brakes real hard and you activate it as it ratchets up seat belts and primes air bag circuts at same time.
Had to jam on once for something, hazards came on themselves too.
Maybe I asked Dealer about that time.
