I went down to the dealership to test drive the newly came 3.6 today. I am definitely impressed with the car. Test drove the 4.2 2 weeks ago and both my wife and myself don't feel any difference between the two. I actually feel the 3.6 engine transimission may gear differently and it has a better lower end power.... anyway, still think I may wait for the new X5 since the dealer will not have the specs car until late October.
