Page 66 of my owners manual says that part of the Antitheft system includes "Tilt sensors" which will set off the alarm if the car is moved, "jacked or towed". My Q7 Premium does not have such a switch, does yours? Please also include in your answer your country. Tx.

UK spec. has this switch on the edge of the driver's door. Next to one that disables the internal motion sensors for the alarm.

Not sure if it's just mine or all USA Q7's.

Tilt sensors and internal motion sensors are not presently part of the model's production for the USA. Refernce to them in the manual is a mistake.

If I might, have you actually seen it or just in specs?

I have seen it in person at the dealers (Kuwait)... both door switches were there. The vehicle was also equipped with a panorama roof and came with red brake calibers! The dealer said they were not different from the standard calibers and were painted to satisfy the customer who ordered it.
