Below is what Audi USA email that states 6600# is max twoing. I asked them to double check as both the Touareg and Cayenne have 7700# capacity. The reply was that the 6600# max is accurate. Since reason for getting Q7 is to tow an Airstream trailer this means I'm no longer interested in Q7 . Will get the 2007 Touareg with 350hp FSI engine instead.

Towing capacity for that vehicle is 5,000 pounds standard and 6,600 pounds with the enhanced towing package.

At this time we have no specific date for pricing information, as the vehicle is not yet in production for the North American market.
