After have one of the best ski experiences of my life this morning i took a break and was looking for a place to enter a warming hut at the base of Grouse Mountain at Beaver Creek, CO when i turned a corner and almost walked into a silver Q7 just sitting behind the back end of a lodge. It was there as part of the World Cup Downhill sponsorship that went on this past weekend.

THE CAR

Man. Beautiful! I want one now. It was fate that it was a silver one that surprised me -- thats the one i prefer.

Now all i need is Audi to let me out of my lease early to upgrade to one some time next year. I hope they offer me the option to upgrade once i have a year left on my Allroad lease.

I love the front, Love the back -- not crazy about the recessed rack attachement -- lets hope you can get rails like the cayenne and toureg.

4AM run to Tampa Airport about a 6 weeks ago, I saw this same car. We were in a buddies Cayenne S, and pulled up beside him. When he realized we knew what he was in, he slowed to about 35mph on the highway. As we were late for our flight, we couldn't get another glimpse. It is good to see some real-life photos of this. I'll keep my eyes out as I'm definitely in the right place to spot pre-prod cars. I'm surprised I haven't seen an RS4 or S8 yet.

The picture was two weeks ago, the airport run was 6 weeks ago. My wife saw one a week ago. I just want to find one in a parking lot so I can really take a look at it, like jfischetti did.
