I don't know how to expain but when i drive the engine to 6000 i feel sometimes as i got to around 5K i loose torque (it doesn't feel like it's pulling). The reason i ask it because this happens half of the time i run the engine up to the top, and it is not alternating but overall it seems to be about half the time. Am I loosing power (by loosing boost) at that speed or can this be issue with software? I was thinking about buying the chip but this issue is slowing me down. I might need warranty :)

check your overun selenoid valve that is bolted on the turbo with 3 allen cap bolts,there is a diaphraim that normaly gets a small hole in it.you will loose boost press. back into the intake system.

the stock program, will taper boost down after 5000 rpms. I did a log, in 3rd gear, WOT, which demonstrates that.
