Has anyone used the Carbonio air intake on their 2.0 yet. I was thinking about buying it, but is it worth it?? Let me know!!

I like it, if your expecting a large gain from it, not the part for you. It is kinda noisy, but the the pay off is the better performance your getting because it is unrestricted. Again, I like it, and it is pretty much what you like, its a good product and it has been around for a while.

How loud is loud????

it is a low grumble/vacuum sound, that can be heard in the cabin with all the windows up and sunroof closed, even with a little music going. It is a beautiful sounds though, almost enough to keep the music turned off. If you go this route realize you are opening pandora's box. This only becomes the beginning to bolt on products with your car. Anyway best of luck. I hope my advice was useful.

I have to agree with VAquattro. The first thing i got was the carbonio intake... now i have the chip, engine mounts, neuspeed pulley, apr exhaust and testpipe. I have really run out of bolt ons and money so i am waiting. Next step is FMIC and a Stage III+ turbo.... The intake is well worth it though, the noise is simply the blow off valve. It is more pronounced now because the turbo is breathing easier.

I really didn't find any improvement driving the car with the carbino versus others that I have taken on test drives. My car I can hear the whine of the k04 the B7 all I heard was air noise - louder than my car. Was not impressed, and if I bought the car I would / would have been looking to trade for the stock intake.

Probably more important than shelling out $250-300 for the intake is upgrading the air filter for $50.
