First I would like to introduce myself in this particular forum. I have been lurking around in the 1.8t forum due to my non-daily driver as being a 2002 VW gti, BUT I have now entered the 4-Rings!! I have just purchased a 2007 Audi A3 S-Line 2.0t.
I absolutley love this car, and the ride home was very awesome. I am still smiling because of this purchase.

So with that being said, I am an employee at APR, hence the SN. If you have any questions, need any help, or would inquire about any parts for this vehicle, I am more than happy to help you with what I am able to do.

I will have 3 methods of contact, which I am listing in this post. Feel free to ask questions or anything you would like.

I've TT 2.0T FSI S-Tronic on order. Thinking about chip tuning, maybe will go with the REVO. A guy at the shop said it should gain around 50 BHP while torque is around 50 lb.ft+ for this 2.0T FSI engine. What do you think about REVO, is it good? Or any other recomendation?

Thanks

and have put on ~7K miles (yes, I know that's a ton). The change is dramatic...loads more power, but power delivery is very smooth. Gas mileage is generally unaffected but the first few tanks were worse due to a heavy right foot. The change is incredible on the highway...stab the gas and the acceleration is really improved over stock.

The only issue I ran into was tune-related. Had the car flashed with 92 octane settings (midway btwn 91 and 93) and moved to Phoenix a month later where only 91 octane was available and lots of heat. I did encounter some slight knocking and hesitation on the hottest of days. I have since had the settings changed to the appropriate 91 octane settings and this corrected the issue. Moral: Ensure the right tune settings are loaded at the time the flash is done.

I would also consider APR, GIAC, or Neuspeed...those companies seem to have alleviated the minor issues they had on previous versions of code. I personally would make my selection between the 4 based on the best local tuning shop rather than the brand.
