Ignore money as a preventative factor here. I just want to know what it'd take. If it's even possible.

View Full Version : Is a 2.0T FSI a possible replacement for a blown 1.8T engine in a B6 A4? paulpas 08-13-2006, 08:04 AM Ignore money as a preventative factor here. ABL2point0t 08-14-2006, 06:22 AM I think it should be able to work, you might also want to consider the 4.2 V8 out of a wrecked a6 or a8, just for other possibilities. paulpas 08-14-2006, 09:18 AM However I want to keep decent gas mileage on the hwy if possible. I was mighty fond of the 32-33mph I'd get out of the 1.8T when driving the speed limit. Yes I know that's rare, but even at 85mph I was getting 26-27. petethegreat 08-27-2006, 05:06 PM they are completely different motors Imolavirus@BuehnEngineering 08-31-2006, 11:51 AM |
