Certain octane boosters work, somewhat......

Mixing 101 and 91 is one option.
Toluene is the other....

but, does using an octane booster, like NOS or Outlaw, can that effect or HARM the FSI part of the new 2.0T motor ?

I had a few cars that I ran octane booster in occasionally. Its a quick fix, and with anything that a quick fix, its usually bad. I'd say visit a racing octane gas station.
