But if I were to pinout the Mac 11 ecu, would it be very difficult to make work with an MC-2 motor despite the dual knock sensors. Gimme your thoughts about this.

There are some minor differences, and you can run it with one knock to work with the MAC-11. You MAY need a couple MAC-11 items, not totally positive...

Do you know anyone who has ran a MC-2 with a MAC-11 ecu? I might have some questions for them...
