Car idles around 1100 and sometimes even more like 1300. Cleaned out the ISV twice, checked for vac leaks (found 1-2) and the idle screw on the throttle plate is as far back as it can go... wondering how I can get the idle back to around 750 where it belongs. Any suggestions?
