Looks like peak HP is around 4500 RPM and linear up to 5500 (right where the torque peaks). I wonder why the HP drops off so much after 6000 rpm though. Very nice none the less ;) That things gotta be a beast (especially if you run on the street with race gas ;) )

i have mine slightly advanced for better idle and low end.

Even if, the overlap is still there, and that's what I have issues with.

NA engines as well? tempted to try turbo cam to give my NG some hair. blau 272 is bleh.

I'm glad I put the car on though, it's the first time the dyno tuning has really made a difference. And what a difference it is!

It helps because it keeps the air moving faster into the cylinder, and gives you more power. The problem on a turbo car is you have more back pressure than boost, so when both valves are open, you're filling the engine with exhaust vs. air and fuel.

I have access to plenty of MC-1 cams (and engines) and I see the MC-2 stomps the 272 (thanks for saving me money!) but what's the difference in cam timing between the MCs?

Mostly, I use it for the track, but once in a while... :-)
