cam lock. The tech write up is enough to get through the change. You may need to seek out some of the torque values with a search. You can find the cam lock bar on ebay if you can't find a loaner.

Might want to get the crank lock pin too. The torque for the cam sprocket bolts is 42 ft/lbs
