the motor was making all kinds of sound....i took of the front TB cover to find the bottom end had all kinds of slop in it. Making all kinds of noise.

Broke down the fron end tp get access.....to find the grenade failed.

Luckily, the belt stayed tight on top and on the drive side, so timing was never lost.

Just another 6 hours and $100

Accelerating past 70mph merging onto the highway. Some clattecky noise, then nothing. Dead car.

Got stranded in BF Maryland at the end of Spring Break-- missed the first 4 days of class, warranty denied, waiting on a new head... ah, memories.
