Drove to work on Friday with no problem, got there, got out, locked it, tried to go home for lunch and the thing won't start! Cranks over no problem, but won't start and there are no instruments lights. ANY IDEAS?

Could be a bunch of things. I would check the fuel pump first, then cam and crank sensors.

I just went through this very same problem. I had a bad coolant temp sensor. It was a $5 or $6 fix.
