who here has had to deal with changing one out? got a code that TC is down. the CEL flashes on occasion and then i feel her slip...

any thoughts ? mechanics? tuners?

Torque converter replacement must be done 100% properly or the torque converter and bell housing will be damaged. Repair costs are in the 1200-1500 range if that occurs.

Bottom line: bring it to someone who knows AUTOMATIC transmissions.

i'm in SoCal. do you know of anyone around here? i've been looking and besides the dealer, i can't find any one.
