didnt find a whole lot, in the 90 forum one guy was just like...search, its been covered, but i sure couldnt find it. if i ever did do it id use the 6 speed also, so that would prob mean id have to use the rearend from an S4 also...yes? driveshaft would prob havce to be custom. would i ahve to graft an S4 or A6 insturment cluster into the 90 also? thanks, this is mostly for a friend but if he gets a diff car i may pick up the 90 for fairly cheap and maybe do the swap someday.

you can use a lot of goodies from the European S2, like the half-shafts, inner CVs, linkage, and the driveshaft to the rear would probably have to be sliced with another, or shortened because the B5 01E 6-speed is 7mm longer than the 01E transmission in the S2. Good luck =)

everyone told me it would be more feasible to use the I-5 turbo in the B4. Audi used them in the UrS4 which sre actually the original A6 body cars. I know a guy in my town that has one and he loves it.
