improvement. I dont remember my car with the stock shifter, but right now, it requires more effort to get into second gear than any other gear. not sure if this is just an alignment issue, or if this applies to all S4s. I highly recommend B&M, im very happy with it. Look in my pic poster. I think there are a few pics where you can see it.

I've been modding my A6 for about a year now. I saved the B&M for the end....very happy I did! It seemed to bridge the connection between performance and luxury. A very good feel.
