The A6Q was sold with a 180hp TDi engine and the FWD version had 150hp. Has anyone here converted their 150hp itno a 180hp? I was wondering because the 180hp version can be chipped to 215hk and the 150hp version will only get 185hp. So, wanting over 200hp in a A4Q, seems I have to convert to 180håp spec first. These are the parts that differ:
Air mass meter
High pressure fuel pump
Exh elbow and cats
Unfortunantly, the fuel pump is very expensive... Anyone have ideas on how to do it on the cheap-o??

tiptronic transmission didn't like the added power at all, upshifts at high rpm were noisy and rough. Even after returning to stock 150 hp setting I've had the car go into emergency mode several times, where it won't go over 2800 rpm and 70 km/h.
You have a manual 6-speed transmission?
My best guess for cheap HP fuel pump is to search wreckers online, but I guess there are rather few usable 2.5TDI 180hp cars at the wreckers (I guess you'd want one that doesn't have front collision damage). Also, do you really want to put in a fuel pump that may have covered 200' km in another car already? Same goes for turbo.

You would probably have lower total cost of change by selling your car and buying a 180. The engines were very different and there are plenty of 180s around.
I certainly would never consider going to 180 and then chipping it to 215 - a recipe for some very expensive pops!
