search revealed nothing except mounts for 1.8T's. Posted in B5 forum, but didn't get much of a reply.

Are there any companies that make upgraded/stronger/stiffer/better side engine mounts for the 30V? Getting mounts replaced under warranty this week and thought it would be a great time to upgrade if I had a choice. I'm getting a snub mount put in when it all goes down. Thanks for the help!

I've been thinking about changine mine out also when I get headers installed.. I'm pretty sure the S4 mounts are the same as ours, but I'm not positive yet. If they are then there are a few options

Dang,those Designit mounts look bitchin'! Unfortunately I can't afford them right now. I saw the PureMS ones before, but they are only an "upgrade" for the 1.8T motors. As I understand, they are simply stock 2.8 mounts.

Since the dealer is paying for new factory mounts, I'll pass on the PureMS mounts.

I tell you what I did find out in my search for mounts, though... www.autospeedperformance.com/ has a DTS for Tiptronic!! (sorry if everyone already knew this, it was news to me). I think I'll let the dealer pay for my motor mounts and I'll save up money for the Tiptronic DTS. I sure wish I could afford the Designit mounts, though

I have owned that trans bar for a year and a half now. good stuff, gets scraped alot due to me silly low drop up front.
