Do you by any chance have a write up on changing the thermostat w/o removing the TB? How hard was it? Replaced my temp sensor but still having issues.

First you move the front end into the service position. Then remove the serp belt. Then the serp belt tensioner. Next you pop off the timing belt covers. Either two or three 5mm bolts hold the t-stat housing. Then i just kept messing with it until i was able to fish the old you out and drop a new one in(with a new o-ring).

Pretty easy to me, but I guess it really depends on your experience. Ohh yeah, drain the coolant before poping the t-stat housing off.
