I've STFA and i see that those 2 are the leading plugs. I have a 97 2.8Q with 76000 12V. I replaced the plugs about 2 weeks ago with ****ty autolite ones for 1.28 a piece. NEVER DOIGN THAT AGAIN. ever since then, idle has been pretty rough. which one do you recommend

I just put these in with new wires about 3 months ago. I have heard that +4's were not as good in general and can cause misfires. The NGKs are good. got them and wires from ECS tuning.
oh yeah, 98 2.8 with 96,000

They cured a misfire from the original plugs and have been running smooth and strong for 25k miles now. I know some have said these are crap, but they have been OK for me. IMO, anything made by Allied Signal (Autolite/Bendix/Fram) sucks. Again, just my opinion being stated here...
