Wife can't drive the car, which has both good and bad points (She can't wreck it if she can't drive it). Daily Bay Area Dumbarton Bridge commute getting to be a drag for me, too, though. I'd like to leave my A4 at home and save A4 miles and gas by doing my 16 mile commute in our RSX; but that'd leave the wife stranded.

WHY WOULD YOU GO USED?
New short block (that's right out of the factory, not a rebuild) is about 2400.
THats 4 more years of failing MAF's and seals for ya..!!! lol

Intermittent problems with the trans (fixed itself just today), and some interior things like alarm/comfort control intermittent iggies, and the usual wires/plugs maintenance have been my only real concerns. I did the suspension at 120, but that was because of uncontrollable tramlining.
The car itself is very reliable.
That is my assessment.
