I just talked to my service manager about recoding the windows and he said that I would have to drop the car off for the day so they could check and make sure it isn't different on the 99 model. Does anyone have any info on this or have they reprogrammed thier 99 already.<br>

I had the dealer reprogram my door locks the other day. They did it for free and it only took about 15 minutes. The service department was very busy at the time I went in or I think they would have had it done sooner.<br>I had the options I wanted already picked out from the control module faq and the number I wanted programmed for those functions. I gave the service rep a piece of paper with the factory defualt number 16140 and my new number 16232 on it and just asked them to change it.<p>-Wes 99tqs tip

Just had my 99 2.8QMS done at Van Nuys Audi in CA. Followed the FAQ, works like a charm.<p>
