A mechanic in Brooklyn installed a K04 in my car to replace the stock turbo that according to him "blew".

Convinced it wouldn't do any damage and impressed that it drove better than it did before, I went along my merry way.

Now, it's not giving me issues. 30K since the install.

Now that I'm ready to mod the car (and lost faith in that other mechanic) I don't know what do I do about a CHIP?

APR or GIAC from reading all the posts on here but can I just order it or do I need to specify that it is for a K04?

If anyone can help here I REALLY WOULD APPRECIATE IT!

But you will need to upgrade to TT225 386 cc/min injectors to run the K-04 chip tuning files.
