I have a coolant leak on the steel black piece that is located above the intake. It connects directly to the radiator then runs multiple lines to other places. It has a nipple on the top in the middle. It looks like it is some kind of breather valve. Coolant is slowly leaking out of it when it is pressureized.

Did anyone hear of this problem or possibly know the part #?

Heading to dealer soon, just wanted to get some info before hand.
