those pistons will cause problems down the road.

it's prob going to be cheaper to buy a new engine rather than rebuilding that one.

thats a rough break. sorry to hear you were a few days away from replacing it

Sorry bud, I'm going to have to go with everyone else. The piston "nicks" will cause hot spots and in turn could lead to even more damage in your engine. Pre-detonation is not something to take lightly.

But I also had to change out my pistons as well as rebuild my head. Though the bill will be quite lofty, its kinda nice knowing that you have a built motor, especially since I did the work myself (not including head work)

So I have some left over parts left from my rebuild. Its not much, but its that much less you will have to buy. If you're interested, send me your address and I'll just charge you the price of shipping. Its not much like I said, but its better than nothing.
