I wanted to know after doing a search over this forum and the internet.... if a K24 turbo would bolt up to an exhaust manifold flange made for a T3/T4 turbo?

Well, I got an T3/T04E 60 trim Garrett turbo and would like to know if there is an exhaust manifold out there for the 1.8T. Yes, I know I need to upgrade the engine get a boost gauge and a boost controller, but I want to know if there is one out there. Also I do have an oil line kit to match the turbo. I've been googling this information for days and cannot a correct find site. Does anyone know any pipe/weld shops?

An T4 flange is also fine anyone know where I can get one.
