I can't imagine that the k03 has anything left to give.

Mobile tuner is so new, you might be the first.

My n75 is only getting up to 75%.. with MBC only, car was quite a bit faster, just not as driveable. I'm trying to find a way to get the driveability and the boost. However, even with the MT enabled chip, for some reason I can't get it to request or get actual above 1.1 bar. Even though it accepts the values from MT, it doesn't change boost after a value around 180 (goes to 255).

Was hoping someone else had better luck or knows something I could try :-(

and for clarification the car will only request up to 1.1 bar at which point the actual will match that? if these numbers arent lining up you might have a WG problem which is why i was asking for clarification.

comes to that he doesnt want people blowing up their motors so he doesnt really give me freedom to it. what troubles me is that you are only getting 1.1 bar out of an Xchip do you have a boost gauge and if so is it reading the same? i was under the impression that chip was running like 1.4 bar?

it's 50 degrees here now and I'm holding 15-16 PSI. No leaks in the system, and I am getting what is requested. I am not hitting a max parameter, something else is going on, just trying to find out what it is :-D

anything because i am thinking that it could either be the ecu pulling boost because of the temperatures you are seeing outside or there is another problem.

And in MT, the SEL Scaling is disabled and you have the boost control instead (btw, SEL scaling in lemmiwinks can only be turned down, not up)

They move the memory location of a couple things, so lemmiwinks errors out trying to write. It cannot save any settings. I think Mike might be the only one that COULD do that. The S4 guys with MT enabled chips also cannot write using lemmiwinks.

BTW the MT will not allow you to change the boost setting past 1.4 bar requested which your x-chip is already set for. So the only thing the MT will do is allow you to lower the boost which also effects fuel maps and adv timing tables.

It's supposed to allow up to 25% MORE boost than the regular GIAC K03 programs. Directly stated, in a file that came with the program.

and in what conditions? 100 degrees? Right now in 40s-50s, my X is only requesting 1900mbar absolute max, and I'm getting about 1.1 bar. I have assumed that it's simply the colder weather.. less boost is required.

allow the value to be raised above that 1.4 bar. So if you have a "1.1 bar chip" yes you can push it further up with the MT but the X-chip is tuned to run 1.4 bar of boost already.

in 70+ deg temps. Once you fall below that the boost will also decrease beacause of a few factors which are more dense air at lower boost levels and the fact that the engine is producting higher vacuum.
