I'm trying to replace the pads & rotors on my 2001 2.7T allroad. I can't get the rotors out without removing the caliper, because the ABS sensor stops them before they clear the hub.
BUT, the 21mm bolts must be torqued to 4000 N-M or something. I tried the longest wrench I had and I tried an impact wrench (hard to fit it and its hose and my head and the light all in there at the same time). But nothing worked.
Is there a trick? I hate to try to fit everything plus a torch in there, and I don't have enough hands anyway.
Yea, I did STFA first; it yielded nothing specific.
TIA
