I have a question aboout them. I actually have the Cross Drilled Zinc coated ones and I am pretty sure that they are not suppose to rust but man these things rust like there is no tomorrow. I was just to be able to just wipe it off but now I think the rotors are actually being eaten by it.

Did I get some defective ones? I am pretty sure they are not suppose to rust at all.

FYI: They are for a 1997 A4 2.8 FWD.

The pads quickly wear the coating off the disc, which then rusts normally.
