i have a Urs4. first pedal application is mushy, grabs a little, dead space for an inch, then the brakes finally grab. immediate second application the brakes feel perfect. i replaced the bomb (accumulator), rebled, still the same.

i've been using a motive pressure bleeder. i think i'm going to go full manual 2 man bleed though. someone mentioned that full manual was a little better at getting stuborn air out of a system. any truth to that?

but unless you got air deep in the system, the motive is excellent on its own. Did you run enough fuid through?

i think i need to pump the pedal to jostle the air around. i imagine that air flows to the highest point (Master Cyl).

dunno, we'll see how it goes this weekend.

this spongy pedal is driving me nuts (and isn't safe)

definetely ran a lot of fluid through. went from gold to blue (b/c i was using super blue)

pressure bleeder just wouldn't dislodge whatever air was in there. must have been in some sersiously high crevices.
