Since putting new brake pads on a few months ago...my brakes tends to still screech. I can understand if I speed and than brake fast, but sometimes its soo loud that it has to be something more than the rotors being hot.

Any suggestions?

2002 A4 1.8T Quattro: Zimmerman Crossed drilled rotors, Zimmerman Brake pads, Super Blue Racing Brake Fluid, stock brake coolers

I've got Hawk HPS and HP+, the latter screeches more than the former but it's still bad either one. I tried re-installing the pads, using extra pink brake goop, re-bedding, and that only keeps 'em quiet for about 3-4 days of driving.
I'm finding it hard to believe that a mild pad like the HPS can be this loud, so wondering if it's another variable like the rotors?
