I just purchased some brembos that are drilled similar to the brake forum picture above. If that picture is one of the front rotors, which is it? right or left?

The cooling vanes determine the direction of rotation. Rotors with straight radial vanes can be mounted on either side.

You can just pick the way the rotor looks best behind the wheel's spokes :-)
