Somting I've never heard before.

Story: I had my oem rotors on front re-cut and used Mintex Redbox Pads.. ok they warped within 3000 miles. No big deal.

I was about to put on NEW zimmermans with the 3000 mile pads, and the mechanic advised against it. He said "too much crud in the 3000 mile pads, they will effect badly the new rotors."
(he does not sell new parts just labor)

HAs anyone heard of this..is it a valid point or just unintnded BS..
