The metal grinding noise is constant is very faint. I only noticed it when I started to drive with the windows down. The noise seem to go away when I apply the brakes. The dealer has changed to pads and did something with sandpaper to try getting rid of the noise but no luck. Any ideas?

warped rotors are really best felt by driving at about 70 mph..and then slightly applying the brake pedal...and the car will slightly shake..or moderately shake (depending on warpage) and the steering wheel will wobble. As you slow down to less than 10 mph it will pulse.
