<br>I think they (locks and nozzles) are supposed to be on when the little snowflake is displayed on your outside temp. indicator. But no, I have never checked this, but have never had frozen locks or nozzles (in New England).

I just read your posts on the other thread. The Silver A4 belongs to Tom Evans. I think he is on the A4 board sometimes, but I haven't seen any posts lately. I'm not sure what the wheels are, they might be TSW Trophy.
