The boot that is attached to the steering rack, near the the tirod end is torn, and all the grease has gone everywhere. It has started to make a creeking sound when I turn the wheel sometime. What should I do?

find out what dealer is reputable in your area and get the boot fixed. an audi/vw rack replacment is not inexpensive, and check you PSF level.
