Um...my guess would be that the springs 1) haven't seated quite yet, therefore, 1 or more isn't quite in the lower seat firmly. Did you replace the rubber components on the shocks you replaced? or did you use the old ones. The old bump stops, upper strut mount bushings and lower spring seats probably won't handle all the new rigid pressure of the new shock/spring setup. Konis are soft, kinda like OEM non-sport, but the springs definitely are going to create much more pressure on the seating rubber parts. Before you experience premature rubber failure, replace these parts, is my advice.
