Does anyone know of an aftermarket spring option that doesn't lower the car (or lower very little i.e not more than or around an inch) I'm thinking of using Bilstein HD's And I'd like to replace the springs while I have everything apart.

...then get a "mild" spring kit, like the Eibach or Vogtland springs.

Or just get Bilstien's and run factory sport springs, though I wouldn't recommend it over the above option.

Lastly, you could spend a little more and get coilovers and adjust the height up to what you need. For soft and comfy, KONI c/o kit, more aggressive Vogtland c/o kit. Eibach also has a c/o kit (pro street s) and all 3 of these should be at or under $1k for parts.

that I speak to many customers who wish they gone with coilovers. I know that you like the factory height, but why not 1/4" lower? What about if you change your mind?

With normal shocks and springs you get one height - end of story. With coilovers, you get to adjust your height if mood strikes.

Simple B5 coilovers range from 1,000 to 1,250.

and I've never been happy. I've like every coilover setup I've ridden in or driven. Should have just spent the money up front.
