Does anyone have experience adjusting their coilovers? Fronts are a piece of cake, but the rear has me scratching my head. Do I need to get a spring compressor to remove the springs and find the adjusting rings? Please help...
Thanks

...the spring perch is on the bottom of the spring, sitting in the lower arm (cast aluminum piece).
I doubt you will be able to adjust the perch with the spring installed, but you might be able to. Even still, it'll be a fight. Better odds lowering it then raising it.
If it was my B6 car, I'd drop the rear subframe a side at a time to free the spring and adjust. But unless you know what you're doing, don't do that.
Get a spring compressor (which is near impossible to fit in there anyways) and get tension off the lower perch, then adjust.
