between H&R race/sport. its for a 99 A4Q. the 1.25 (sport) drop for the front doesnt seem like enough of a drop but. im thinking the race would be too stiff, and require some camber correction?

The sports are soft!!!! The race are too low!!!
What are your needs? are you racing? do you just want to lower the car,or are you looking to improve handling?

If you know the spring numbers,I have the rates of most springs for the B5 chassis

I have the oem sport suspension right now. will h&R sport be stiffer than that? it must be..

They are indeed slightly stiffer,however they will lower the car a lot.The result is a stiffer ride,but no real improvement in handling.(it will still have a lot of body roll,and understeer)

my problem is theres a 3.5 inch wheel gap up front and a 3 inch gap in back. a 1.25 from the h&r up fron wont even touch that gap. but I dont want to drop it any further and mess up my camber. when does camber start getting bad front and back?
