he has bilstein sport shocks and H&amp;R sport springs. The front was sitting at ~24.5", which was a bit too low. I installed the ECS C/Os and raised it up to about 25.5", rides much better now, no issues whatsoever. I'm not sure how well they would work if you were lowering, since you could be outside of the shock's optimal range. Otherwise I'd say go for it.
