I've been getting calls from that number, but I don't answer because I have no idea who it is. They NEVER leave a voicemail. So I do a google search...you what's next. All roads lead to Audiworld! It appears that number would be AoA checking up on my last dealer service.

So, since my dealer/SA went out of their way to take care of me, I want to make sure they are compensated by Audi appropriately. Naturally, I call the number back, and what do I get? "Mailbox full"

Audi needs to find a better system, or at least leave a courtesy message! Surely I can't be the only one that doesn't answer when I think the loanshark is calling?

It's actually fun to listen to the girls' Canadian accents. I just wish that their surveys weren't so damn long.
And do they really need to repeat the choices for each question, when they are the same for each question?!?!
