My wiper washer line froze up today, so I got some of that "Windscreen Clear Concentrate" the dealership has, which is rated to -70C. However, there is no mix ratio - suggestions? I only really need to -20C, so full strength is just a waste.

For -20C, it looks like 1:1 is probably a good mix.
